Dandelion Wine are four hippies who manage to mix up an incredible array of sounds, from the ethereal to the downright poppy.

An extremely enjoyable act live, Dandelion Wine have a lot of infectious fun on stage, which spreads rapidly throughout the audience. They are also very open to improvisation and introducing new ideas, as epitomised by their Eat Your Brain shows, which incorporate other art forms, including painting, drawing, dancing, puppetry and more. The band's willingness to experiment with their art has resulted in them participating in a short film and having their music included in the soundtrack to a play.

Dandelion Wine's debut album, Tunguska Butterfly, is a wondrous journey encompassing an incredible gamut of musical styles - just as any of their live shows do. In any performance, one can expect to find flute, recorder, percussion, dulcimer, bowed psaltery, and of course guitar, bass and drums - all topped off by Naomi Henderson's enrapturing voice.
